DR. JENNY M. LEE, DDS | Restorative Dentist
Dr. Lee is captivated by the process of getting to the root of a problem, much like Sherlock Holmes—gathering data and drawing insights to reduce the risk of dental disease while optimizing overall health. At the heart of it, she’s a true dental geek!
Her dental journey began at 15, when she started as a dental assistant after school. Having experienced various styles of practice, Dr. Lee’s core beliefs focus on creating a trauma-informed, patient-centered, and relationship-based practice grounded in science. A graduate of SUNY Binghamton, New York University College of Dentistry, and a hospital residency at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital, she ensures every decision is made collaboratively, aligning with the patient’s core values and life challenges, all while staying rooted in scientific principles.
The art of her care stems from the insights and experience gained by working with people from diverse backgrounds, coupled with ongoing education at esteemed postgraduate institutions like The Pankey Institute, The Kois Center, The Academy of CranioFacial Pain, and The Somatic Experiencing International for trauma therapy. Dr. Lee wants her patients to feel empowered and confident in their decisions, knowing that their dental health choices are well-thought-out and built to last. Above all, she strives to ensure everyone feels heard, leaving her office with confidence and peace of mind.
Her greatest passion is her son, Revel, and she finds joy in watching him grow and learn, inspired by those around him. With the confidence that he will one day give back to the world what it has given him, she cherishes every moment of his brilliant journey.

DEBRA CASTRO, BA, RDH | Periodontal Therapist & Facilitator
If you could capture her energy and inspiration and bring it home, you wouldn’t hesitate for a second! Anyone who’s spent time in her chair over the last 35 years can vouch for the incredibly safe and supportive space she creates. When it comes to self-care—especially oral hygiene—she equips you to face the everyday challenges with confidence and resolve. You leave feeling like the most important person in the world (because, truly, you are!), armed with the tools and knowledge to achieve results that exceed expectations. The key to success lies within the patients themselves, as they are her greatest source of inspiration in their health journeys. With a Bachelor’s from Penn State, an Associates in Dental Hygiene from CUNY, professional development with Dr. Michael Shuster, training at The Pankey Institute, serving as a Dental Ethics Facilitator at Columbia University School of Dental Medicine and NYU School of Dentistry, and her experience teaching at UMDNJ, she has built the foundation for creating lasting change.

EILEEN GOULD, CDA | Chairside Dental Assistant
Eileen has been practicing chairside dentistry for over 40 years, with a third of that time working alongside Dr. Lee. A proud graduate of the Parson’s School of Design and a fervent advocate for her patients, her remarkable “unreasonable hospitality” would certainly earn Will Guidara’s admiration! Compassionate and highly skilled, Eileen is essential in providing each patient with personalized care. No detail goes unnoticed, and both her patients and her team deeply appreciate her unwavering dedication.

Kate Notaro | Practice Coordinator
Kate has been part of Dr. Lee’s office family for the past year. She first worked behind the scenes helping patients with insurance and financial details, and this past June she stepped into her new role as our Practice Coordinator. Kate pours her heart into building meaningful connections with our patients, making sure every detail of their care is handled with compassion and precision.
Even though she helps keep the practice running smoothly from her little beach town in Florida, Kate feels close to every patient she connects with. Growing up on Cape Cod, she was surrounded by the magic of the ocean, and now living by the water in Florida feels like coming full circle. She shares her home with her husband and their sweet pup, Olaf—who has quickly become a familiar face during her on-screen hellos.
Kate is a proud mom of two grown children, who continue to inspire her every single day. She is also a certified aromatherapist and has loved supporting people through the therapeutic use of essential oils. With over 20 years of service in the healthcare field—beginning as a certified nurse’s aide, then moving into an office manager role at an acupuncture clinic, and eventually finding her way into the dental field—Kate has always been deeply devoted to caring for others.
Her warmth, organization, and unwavering commitment shine through in everything she does, and she’s always ready to make our patients feel cared for, supported, and part of the family.
